"It's one of the nicest section 8 housing units in the area. There are several things that would benefit from better upkeep- the elevator being one. It has been out of service for weeks at a time. The driveway and road around need to be repaved, and the when place could do with some power washing. Too bad it's a drought year."

"This is rated as Senior Housing with qualifying disabled at 55 yes or more.. Unfortunately, the Asset Mgr. has decided to sign off on many unqualified applicants and is filling the empty apts with younger adults. As she is phasing out us seniors, we have seen a lack of respect of the grounds and the residents. Theft and crimes have seen an uptake. The lawns are brown because the sprinkler system is broken. The laundry facilities are locked unless mtce. is here that day but they do lock it up before leaving. Bldg A has seen the most vandalism as it is around the back and the HACCC refuses to put up security cameras. If repairs are needed in your apt., it could take years get it done, as work orders must be approved by Linda Givens asset mgr. The office has been closed for 5 yes so there is no one to see how bad this place has become. They would be able to afford security cameras and a groundskeeper if they would put all of the outdoor lights on a timer or a dusk to dawn meter. There are over 100 lights that never go off, which adds to the heat in summer. They allow certain tenants to verbally abuse others and do nothing about the interfering of our peaceful enjoyment as stated in the contract written by HACCC. HIGH CRIME AREA!"
