"Im in the process of moving in and the anita lady in the office is proving to be extremely unprofessional. I was approved and shown the apt on nov 15 and at that time the unit was READY. dec 1 was the date i was given for move in and the date i gave my current landlord. It is now dec 10 and i havent even heard from her. Shes even managed to go on a vacation without touching bases with me. For all she knows my son and i are homless right now. She doesnt answer the office phone or clear messages because the mailbox is full, and she was not even in the office at 9am when it opened on a day i waited for her . if you cant tell, im nervous and frustrated with this process. My time and money are in limbo and i do not like the start of this relationship Fast forward .. I moved in on January 11th finally. The manager has since lost my rent check for February and did not tell me until now (kuz she forgot to follow up with me), so now i have to go out and have to pay bank fees that the property will NOT reimburse me.. Instead they will credit April's rent. So now, 3 days into March's responsibilities I've involuntarily started paying rent for April too. This is going to be a long 12 months"

"I recently moved in to the Hidden Cove apartments about a month ago and the staff have been extremely helpful in making sure I was taken care of. The facility is clean and so far has been quiet. When I was locked out of my apartment, the 24/7 maintenance staff did not hesitate to put a service request in about my issue. I was let in my apartment within 20-25mins!"
