"Need to improve on the parking issue Nice concept for people who live there"

"Management could be a lot better with how the garbage was handled. That problem is solved now, thankfully. The rules are definitely not enforced with how people can’t park their cars that are unattended to. There’s also a big issue with how the gates are never closed when they should be. There are all kinds of people that come and go through this place. Someone literally came to steal packages in front of peoples doors and just left. They’re has also been a time where a group of teenagers came through that didn’t actually live here and were loud and disrespectful in the middle of the night. The buzzer in the front doesn’t actually work to contact tenants to get through the gate. We also shouldn’t have to press a button to leave the apartments (through the gates). If someone has to leave after visiting a tenant what can they do? There have also been so many times where the gates just haven’t opened. We’ve had to go around to the other set of gates (which are almost never closed). My family and I were also given an apartment on the second floor even though we were one of the first tenants that signed up to live here. The only thing that they really seem to care about was the pool and how people did things they shouldn’t have. They shut it down and that’s the only thing they really did to enforce some standards. We’ll definitely be moving soon."
