"Pet poop regularly at several places in the community. Very unhygienic. Makes the community a challenge for kids to walk or play. Complained to leasing office several times but no changes seen. Robberies are very frequent. Thieves climb on higher levels and steal goods. Management shows no interest in resolving these issues"

The management shows little interest in addressing residents' concerns, and the staff appears to lack proper training. It's evident that many people are choosing to leave this community. Inadequate staffing levels An unsafe living environment Favoritism in allocating the best apartments to staff members Unauthorized individuals loitering and smoking on the premises Incidents of car theft and package theft is daily scene here. Rare sightings of the on-site manager Reports of snakes within the community A lack of background checks for residents in the community Service requests are not being adequately addressed."

"With the management team itself there is a communication gap. No one communicates the message or adds a note when informed in person in the leasing office. Always the office will be closed or no one to answer. The phone number doesnot work at all. They appartment says open in google if tried to communicate it is mot reachable."

"I have been a resident of this place for 2+yrs and I DO NOT recommend this apartment. Homeless guys break into the ground floor units and stay there overnight. When complained about this to the mgmt office, they seems like they don't care and tell the residents to file a complaint with Fremont police dept. They get so much rent but cannot take of this problem for the residents safety. This is an open community, the mgmt told they cannot install gates which is ok but they told they cannot even install cameras to take care of the issues like (package stealing, homeless guys breaking in , breaking mail boxes) Pros: Clean , Staffs like Manager Ruben , Allen, Oskar and Ruban are very friendly . They maintain the cleanliness of the place. Act quickly for all service tickets. Very spacious units. Cons: Very pricy. No consideration for long term tenants while there is a need to break the lease during this pandemic time. No options are given , no exceptions are made at this time. Staffs like Dinesh , Adrian or Arnold are not at all friendly people. Some one should teach Dinesh sir how to smile and treat customers/residents. ------------------------------ No camera - most of the time packages are stolen and cars are broken. People from outside come here to dump their trashes, management is not taking any action against this rather increasing the sewage fee for the resident. Management needs to be more responsive for the rental price they charge."
