"Great location and so close to everything. Grocery stores and Hillsdale in walking distance, and beautiful hills right up the road. Fairly quiet though it's close to El Camino Real. Very friendly management also. The amenities are awesome. These a heated pool, BBQ, lounge areas, and a gym. Also there's covered parking based on the unit you live in. The only con is how the floors are creaky, and upstairs neighbors footsteps and drops can be heard fairly easily. Otherwise, a very warm and cozy area to live in."
"This apartment community is truly a wonderful place to live! My 3-bedroom unit is beautiful with a living space that’s spacious and quiet with a contemporary feel to it. Maintenance is friendly and gets things done right away. My family and I have enjoyed having underground parking, an up-to-date gym, Amazon lockers, and a gorgeous pool area complete with a bbq area, a fire pit, some cabana chairs….all always extremely clean. The apartment complex manager, Charlie, is definitely the best you will find! He has always provided friendly, prompt, professional, top-notch support and truly cares. I highly recommend this place and am proud to call this home!"
"I’ve lived at Sofi Belmont Glen for just over a year and have really enjoy calling it home. The apartments themselves are updated with nice spacious kitchens and balconies, large windows, and a fair amount of interior storage space. The shared spaces like the seating areas, gym, and pool (with fireplace, cabanas and a grill) are well maintained and welcoming. The staff is absolutely incredible and goes above and beyond to help their tenants. The location overall is great. It’s nestled at the base of the Belmont hills among the eucalyptus groves, is a walkable distance to a grocery store and small shopping area, is a 10 min walk from the nearest Caltrain station (and Sunday farmers market!) and is located near the 101. One face of the building has PHENOMENAL views of the sunrises over the Bay from the balconies. But if you are sensitive to noise, choose an apartment that faces another direction, as Caltrain and El Camino can be noisy especially with the windows open. Overall I can’t recommend Sofi Belmont Glen enough."
"We moved into the building during COVID and stayed for almost 1.5 years. The building is conveniently located, well maintained (hallway rugs replaced, trees trimmed, main areas cleaned daily) and has great amenities: pool (bbq, fire pit, and cabanas), gym (peloton included), in unit washer and dryer, parking (covered and outside), electric charging stations, and Amazon lockers. Charlie, the property manager is super responsive and the maintenance crew is as well. We had a few issues and they took care of them fast. They also take into consideration tenant feedback and are constantly adding things. They've held a few apartment wide events like Halloween party, Breakfast bar, and charity drives which were really nice touches. They also added a keurig in the main lobby if people wanted coffee. It's a pet-friendly property as well. Our friend lived in the building above us and her amenities weren't nearly as nice. If I had any feedback, while they clean the main lobby/pool areas daily, they only clean the internal stairwells/hallways maybe 2x a month. Most of the time it was fine since most people were clean, but every once in a while it might have benefit from a 1x a week cleaning. When choosing the apartment, I think some areas are more noisy than others depending on what you're facing. We faced the street, so got street noise and AM sun vs apts that face the pool get noise from there and PM sun. Also, sometime visitor parking is hard on the street. Otherwise, it's definitely worth consideration."
"Sofi Belmont Glen is a lovely apartment building and the maintenance is excellent. We had a couple of smaller issues when we moved it and it is easy to report to their online portal and the maintenance guys came and handled everything. The pool area is amazingly beautiful and always really clean and welcoming - great place to practice yoga by the poolside. We had some family issues going on when we moved in and Charlie was UBER helpful and supportive in helping our move-in go smoothly. He's super patient, kind, polite and helpful. Charlie really is the face of Sofi Belmont Glen! Thanks, Charlie for all that you do to make your clients feel welcome and supported!"
