"Price is reasonable in my opinion. No kitchen- I can live with that Covered electricity, water & thrash Internet: rent or share bill with other tenants. I myself using Samsung DeX so no need for wifi Laundry: prepaid by app Units come small, middle, or large. Just wish that there's a water fountain somewhere so I can fill drinking water, and fuse amps increase to 20 instead. Had my heater trip the breaker a few times. I laughed when that happen, because someone was in the shower, or taken #2 lol! It was unintentional. Again, I am here for school so I am ok with what I got."

"This place is about the cheapest place you can find per square foot near campus. I recently moved out and there are few things you need to know. 1. Sketchy people live here, its a bit dangerous at times. 2. This place is dirty and requires cleaning. (there were literally mushrooms growing in my windows) 3. The managers are alright, but ultimately they are usually only concerned with what is good for them, not what is good for you. 4. This place oftentimes smells. 5. When they say you they have weekly bathroom cleaning services, they don't tell you its a joke. (The guy hired to clean the bathroom is also the guy in charge of all maintainence and fixing in the building. The guy is the hardest working person here. Whatever they are paying him, they should pay him more. He is your friend. But he doesn't really have the time to actually do a thorough cleaning of your bathroom.) 6. There is an ant problem. 7. The building is literally a hundred years old. It is currently leased to a company for the next few years. Therefore, this company has no incentive to actually improve the building, it is just squeezing out as much as it can before it has to leave. This means the carpets sucks, the windows suck, the infrastructure sucks. Pros 1. Its inexpensive. 2. The rooms are large. 3. Utilities are paid for. This place is worth it for you if you are willing to put in the work to clean the place up a bit, and occasionally deal with things like ant infestations and sketchy people."
