"First you wait, despite the prescheduled time. Then they don’t let you have the tour. Need an ID for viewing the apartment, but nobody tells you that in advance. Wasted time, terrible managed - stay away."
"I would advise against moving to The Canyon until the construction of all the units is fully complete. Currently, there is an abundance of units under construction, ranging from the initial stages to near completion. Having resided here for three months, I've experienced incessant drilling sounds starting as early as 7am and lasting until the afternoon. This can be particularly challenging for those working from home. Consider this a fair warning. Aside from the construction nuisance, The Canyon is indeed a beautiful place, but it would be wise to wait until the construction work is finished."
"I had an exceptional experience with Derek as my leasing agent during my move to Mission Bay. His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process seamless. Derek went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and any concerns addressed promptly. I highly recommend Derek for his outstanding customer service and dedication to making the leasing process stress-free."
"The Canyon has the worst customer service. After multiple attempts, I was finally able to make an appointment online and received an email confirmation. When I showed up for my appointment, the sales guy told me that he did not have me on his schedule. I showed him my email confirmation and he basically just blamed his system's AI for the error. I understand that mistakes can happen but it's funny that he just blamed AI for this. To make things worse, he was not apologetic at all and just walked away from me while we were talking. If this is how they treat a future resident, imagine how they would treat you once you sign a lease. Also, if it's really their system, would you trust their system to manage your rent payments and deposit if they cannot even handle appointments?"
"Beautiful environmentally-friendly building, great amenities, excellent appliances, great views, dog friendly, excellent location. The leasing process was very professional, seamless and welcoming."
