"As I am nearing the end of my two years at The Dwight, I feel that it's the perfect time to leave a review. I love The Dwight, and I cannot say that about the multiple other apartments I have lived in throughout the state. Not only is it a modern, beautiful, safe building, but the management is top tier. From the head of maintenance, Vanessa, who is one of the best humans I have ever met to Carly in the leasing office who is always available and happy to help me with any question I have; the people who work and live here are what make it feel like home. I feel extremely lucky to have found this place while living in Berkeley as everyone else who I speak to (that don't live at The Dwight) have some sort of complaint about their living situation. I have never had an issue here with noise, plumbing, electric, heating/AC, etc, and if I were, the wonderful management team would resolve it for me quickly. It's the perfect place to rent in Berkeley. I highly recommend that you explore The Dwight as your next place to live in the East Bay, it's absolutely worth it!"
