"Management never has responded, not even to the emergency line. Would be nice if management would do something about the loud music blasting at all hour."
"We lived in waterbend for one year and it was okay. I loved the amenities, and it was always clean. Downside would be there were days where valet didn’t pick up the trash so the hallway would always stink so bad. Property manager was very helpful and moving out was totally easy and we didn’t deal with hidden fees/ extra charges. Maintenance showed up when needed. I’ll just say I’m not exactly a fan of the location but overall it’s safe there and quiet. We didn’t have neighbors who made noise or did anything crazy. The garage was always guarded by security at night too."
"This place was fine before but now they have new property managers and they are illegally charging us money even though the services aren’t in the lease. They are charging $35 a month for trash services and if we try to take it down ourselves we still get charged. I found a dead rat in the garage. The apartments look amazing…"
"I have lived at Waterbend for 2 years (2021-23). I was content with my 2 years here and had no issues with management. But now, there is an on-going issue with an overcharge on my final account statement and I have not received my security deposit. It stated that I moved out 2 days after my lease, but in fact I surrendered my keys 3 days prior to the end date. I have communicated with Rochelle del Carmen (Assistant Property Manager) via multiple emails and phone calls who stated “I spoke with Melvin Holloway (Property Manager) about your query, he is looped in”. During my last phone call with Rochelle, she said she will promptly look into this, but nothing has been resolved. It has been 37 days since I moved out and I have sent them a demand letter."
