"Needed to check the availability of prescription medication that was needed urgently - after waiting on the phone for 15 minutes for some one to pick up, I then had to explain to 3 different pharmacists who all asked me to wait for the next person available after listening to my ask. In person responses (or lack thereof) was even worse. Very dejected and very disillusioned."

"I found this Walgreens at Sunrise Blvd. and Douglas Road near Anatolia in Ranch Cordova to be incompetent, disorganized, unknowledgeable and deceptive. I conversed with no less than 3 employees that all provided erroneous and useless information regarding their alcohol and sanitizing products. I was told in no uncertain terms that these products are delivered on specific weekdays; however when I attempted to purchase the products on one of those days it became an effort in futility! First I was told to come back later, after I returned I was told to wait in my vehicle and to call first.then I called from my vehicle and was told to wait an additional 30 minutes to an hour , then lastly I went inside and was told that there was no alcohol or sanitizers delivered! When I questioned as to why, I was told that the products are NOT always delivered—even on the days that were specified!! Further, there is no guarantee as to exactly WHAT PRODUCTS are going to be on that delivery truck! Why was I not given this vital decision making info by the first 2 employees? Finally the last employee suggested I try a different Walgreens LOL...UNBELIEVABLE!! I wasted half a day on this endeavor! Just so you know!"
