"Upon requesting the consult from pharmacist and coming to the window where it says Consult, he(Trent Nguyen) approached saying Hi and then just silently left without any acknowledgment to do something else. I am not sure what was that but definitely not any type of acceptable customer service at all."

"I cannot stand dealing with this pharmacy, they are consistently training new employees and even though they seem heavily staffed, can't seem to get it together. Be it giving me other people's prescriptions, giving me the wrong number of meds in a prescription then asking me to come back to turn in the extras they gave me, and the latest being kicking back an rx my insurance approved in an attempt to force me to pay OTC pricing as opposed to the copay (which results in significantly greater profits for CVS). Unfortunately, they are really the only pharmacy in our area due to Walgreens shutting down (not that I'm a fan of Walgreens due to recent political involvements, but they did always do a good job as far as the basic pharmacy needs were concerned here in CA). I can only hope a better local option comes along. The main point is that this is just a heads up to not allow them to force you to pay OTC rates when your insurance is willing to cover your Rx at the rate they've contracted with CVS."

"Everyone is named Trent… might seem minuscule, but when the pharmacist only ever starts filling prescriptions when patients arrive even hours past the estimated time, it takes an additional 3-4 hours to get necessary medication, then when you try to find the person in charge, EVERYONE is named TRENT (with no last name), it makes it a bit difficult… On an unrelated note, send your prescriptions elsewhere. Also, contact DCA, CVS and the PBM (ask your company who they contract with, if you don’t know) with any complaints!"

"I have had 4 prescriptions that I had to wait days for and return to pick up. Still waiting in the hideous long line while staff is putting away prescriptions to be picked up later, answering the phone, and running around. It appears this CVS is terribly understaffed or mismanaged. My prior pharmacy was high volume, however they put the customer first. If there was an individual waiting staff was promptly there to assist. Then you have the multiple windows to wait at a second time and see exactly what the problem is. Corporate really needs to read these reviews and take heed. If my old pharmacy wasn't so far away I would switch back."
