"Great for long term stay. This place was my home away from home, while my place was being remodeled. The apartment home had beautiful sunsets views of the valley and everything I needed for a long term stay, including being able to bring the family dog. It was close to restaurants/grocery stores and easy with my commute. Resi assigned a guest experience person, who I needed to find my parking space and they were so responsive and helpful. Everything (furniture and appliances) looked clean, modern and new, not like at some of the hotels I stayed at for business. It had simple luxuries like garbage service, extra housecleaning if needed, concierge, a welcome basket and some toiletries."

"RESI Housing is a very high quality organization. We travel frequently to the Peninsula area, and we have stayed in many locations. Of all of the places we have stayed so far, RESI housing has provided the greatest overall value. The two units we have used at 201 Marshall Street have been superb - modern, new, clean, and excellently situated, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc. But the level of service provided by Chang, Debbie, and Nancy has been nothing short of stellar - highly responsive, accommodating, and customer oriented. Quite remarkable and appreciated. We intend to use RESI Housing as first choice for all of our future stays in the Peninsula."

"I booked this unit for a 3 day business trip to Silicon Valley and I'm really glad I found it! It's a large unit in a VERY convenient part of town. Easy access to Palo Alto and Stanford but feels very residential. Beautiful pool and facilities with a dedicated parking spot. The place itself is immaculate and the "goodies" they leave are a thoughtful and really welcome change from hotel chains. I will use this place again whether just in for a few days of meetings or for a longer family stay. Charla and Chang made for a terrific support staff when I arrived and the communication leading up to the stay was very professional. All in all this was a great experience and I would definitely recommend!"

"My husband and I booked an apartment in Redwood City for a business trip over the summer. The RESI Housing staff made this experience really amazing and successful! The apartment was great! Fully stocked with all of the kitchen items I would use if I were at home, the apartment was very modern, clean and comfortable. After our first night stay guest services called us to check in and see if we needed anything to help make our stay more enjoyable! Their hospitality was top of the line.
