"I've been getting my facials here since 2014. And as much as I love the esthetician I'm not a fan of the price inflation. When I first started it was $100 for a microdermabrasion session which included extractions, steam, facial and shoulder massage. You could find this service elsewhere for $65 back then. Two years ago, price jumped to $150 PLUS TIP! I stayed because of Shawn, who I really like. But then this month its $175 for the service alone!! AND, I didn't even get extractions or steam. I understand you lost business due to COVID-19 shut down AS WE ALL DID! Increasing your prices and offering less service just lost you a long time client. I won't be back."
