"Limited access to rooftop, under construction since October/November. Expect construction to continue for at least 3-6 months. Limited access to 1 elevator for all floors (the building has 2 elevators) due to construction occupying the other one. If someone is moving in or out, expect to wait 5-10 minutes for the elevator. Frequent unit floor repairs which can be very loud. Very inconvenient, especially if you are working remotely."

"Had a great time touring the Prism Apartments. Xavier was my guide and he was extremely professional and friendly throughout the process. The apartment itself looks amazing. Every unit I toured was clean and modern. I submitted my lease application and I'm excited to see what it's like to actually live there. Edit 2023-12-31: I've lived here for over a year and recently renewed my lease (first time renewing a lease since I moved to SF). Prism is great."

"The amenities are excellent, the building is well-maintained, and the staff is extremely respectful and accommodating. I appreciate how they make Prism feel like home and take the time to get to know everyone by their first name. Josue, the maintenance manager, is highly responsive and resolves most of my issues within an hour, sometimes even less. I greatly value his professionalism and sense of urgency. Additionally, the intercom system is both convenient and secure. Overall, my experience living here has been very positive."

"I have mixed feelings about this one. The apartment has a great walking score. Everything is close by and Broadway is at your footsteps. The interior was a bit dark for me. The lighting in the hallways does make it feel like a rockstar’s paradise. My unit was spacious, but it lacked natural light. It was perfect for me and my sweet dog Bailey. She had plenty of room to roam around free and enjoy herself. Losing her to animal control was a nightmare. Her human instincts forced her to run away multiple times while I was at work. I don’t blame her, even animal control found the apartment unsuitable to have pets. The investigation went nowhere. After dealing with multiple break-ins and vandalisms I found it was time to move on. The rooftop did have amazing views of Market Street though."
