Reviews
"This center is publicly reviewed terribly. I must say from experience, they neglect their clients and fail to help leaving me to enter hospitals that are for emergencies only. If you’re thinking about joining this clinic I recommend you find a better one. From my personal experience all staff I have interacted with have left inappropriate impressions."
"They misdiagnosed me with schizophrenia, even though I told them that I've had no illusions or delusion, I live the way I live not because its wired in me, its because of bad habits, and even if they diagnosed you they wont tell you, I feel like they try to keep you here for as long as possible because at the end of the day you're nothing but client to them, and the insurance pays them the longer you stay more money to them, and they will try to convince you that you need medication so you can spend more money on them, before this I trusted the mental health system, now I dont"
"I went here for a while, and they will not help at all. I tried explaining and being honest but I always got the feeling I was being laugh at, until one day, I went for an appointment and one girl was crying.. I believe she was going through a crisis which this is the place you're supposed to go... but one member of the staff started to laugh at her and looked at me signaling her like "omg".. and I just decided to stop going. If she was laughing at her no wonder every time I talk about personal issues I felt like I was being laugh at."
"Do not go here if you are in crisis, they will not help. After speaking at length to one of their intake staff, she informed me that I wouldn't be able to see the psychiatrist because I didn't live in their service area. What a terrible reason to deny someone in crisis care. At the very least they could have told me that before I spent an hour there bawling my eyes out. Leaving here really left me feeling more hopeless than when I went in, not just for myself, but for the countless other folks that have less resources and mental capacity than I. Lesson learned: Institutions do not care and will not save us. Apparently, we must save ourselves or die trying."
