"The person who gives the therapy is not ready to receive you for the time of your appointment, when you arrive he tells you to let me see if the bed or space where they are going to give you your therapy is available (it is supposed that they already have you in their schedule) and for that they leave you waiting more than 10min and of which are 45 of therapy.. and if you arrive that 5 to 10 min late they return you and cancel you being that they can also give you the remaining time nothing more !! And the therapist is not even friendly to go out and tell you, she just tells you to come back another day"
