"The nurse assigned to my case failed to arrive on time. 42 minutes later I receive a text, running late, change to 2-2.5 hours later. I am already five hours overdue. Nurse says if 1930 is too late, then she would reschedule treated to some time Monday. That would put IV treatment 72 hours overdue. Unacceptable and unprofessional. I decline. Call and complain to CoRam …response is nurse is a sub-contractor, not an employee. No, nurse is a potential danger to anyone under her care due to her irresponsible decisions and actions."
"The worst service imaginable. I am a veteran and the VA contracted with this lousy firm to supply some home infusion, medicine, and the equipment to do the infusion for four days. Last night I had to go to the ER because they didn’t supply all the equipment they were supposed to supply, I would likely have to go again For today because we have been on hold for over a half hour. I’m gonna call the VA advocate and tell them what a horrible company this is and how they put veterans at risk if you can get service from any other place in the world I suggest you do it and avoid this horrible company"
"Terrible dysfunctional organization with poor customer service. I have a life-threatening medical condition and I have been talking to them for a week now trying to get the supplies I need and just found out yesterday that they actually can’t help me. They didn’t give me enough time to ensure that I get the care that I need. I would avoid working with them at all costs."
"I have been coming her for my infusions for over a year and they have had some nursing turn over and now it is absolutely terrible!! Never on time. My infusion should take 1 hour, I’m usually at this place for 3 hours because of the lack of respect for peoples time."
"This business is awful at customer service and especially so slow at mixing chemotherapy. They take ALL day (terrible that they don’t even start mixing until 10 AM!) and NEVER show up on time with the delivery(consistently 2 hours late each time). If you can get your infusion from a different company, do it! You will be disappointed if you go with Corum."
