"The rent is very expensive for what you get. That being said, the area is beautiful and seems safe. We had the pleasure of working with Lena getting into our townhouse, she was awesome. Another plus is the maintenance, fast and very friendly. Close to everything you could need or want, including Lake Merced, golf, food, entertainment, etc. The only bad part we have experienced is not so good neighbors and tenant services. I have sent over a dozen emails, they have never answered one. We had another tenant refer us,... now they refuse to give them the referral bonus, stating it had to be done by October 2023, after gave us the form in February 2024. We sent them the information the day we moved in, that they requested, on the tenant referral, in August of 2023, even providing them the texts as evidence and they still refuse to honor the bonus. You do have to deal with critters, like coyotes and raccoons...but don't bother them and they don't bother you. The places are old, so you will have maintenance issues, but again, they respond quick and fix things. Again great place to live, terrible tenant services."

"This review is specifically for Jesse from the Maintenance Department for work in 355 Serrano Dr. tower apartments. We had to get paint work done for moisture intrusions on multiple parts of the apartment. Jesse walked us through what he was going to do as it would take two days of work to complete everything. Jesse went above and beyond in not only patching up the requested areas but also other affected areas. He also made sure to keep all work areas clean after completing the maintenance request. We super appreciate his great work and communication!"

They have no intentions on returning your deposit when it's time to do. Understand your renters right and understand the renter's law on the California. This company is waiting for a big class action lawsuit to happen to them."
