"My wife and I lived in Kirkham Heights for close to three years with our dog, Denali. The views were amazing and the neighborhood was a stone's throw away from the best parts of the Inner Sunset and Golden Gate Park. Kate was very helpful during our move, during our stay, and when we eventually moved out. The building super, Ignacio, was also very responsive to all of our maintenance requests--usually resolving issues the same day or within a few days. We highly recommend living here especially if you have a furry friend!"
"I was looking for a quiet safe neighborhood, and Kirkham Heights was one of the best locations I have found. Safety is very important and looking for quiet neighborhood is very difficult especially in inner sunset because of the Muni. However, this place is very quiet, has great views, and very safe. Parking is also available, and overall, very convenient place to live! Office manager (Kate) was very accommodating as well. Highly recommended!"
"I've lived at kirkham heights for 1 year and it has been the best apartment you could ask for. I'm a young girl living alone and I've always felt safe here, even walking around at night. The area is quiet, clean, and has the best view. I'm incredibly sad to be moving but I'm hoping to move back in the future. Kate is so helpful and made everything smooth and easy. I'd definitely recommend anyone to live here."
"I loved living at Kirkham Heights. The apartments are quiet and pet friendly. On site laundry and maintenance makes it easy to live here, in addition to covered parking that is affordable. Kate in the office is particularly helpful and kind. I would highly recommend living at KH!"
