The views were amazing and the neighborhood was a stone's throw away from the best parts of the Inner Sunset and Golden Gate Park. Kate was very helpful during our move, during our stay, and when we eventually moved out. The building super, Ignacio, was also very responsive to all of our maintenance requests--usually resolving issues the same day or within a few days. We highly recommend living here especially if you have a furry friend!"

"I was looking for a quiet safe neighborhood, and Kirkham Heights was one of the best locations I have found. Safety is very important and looking for quiet neighborhood is very difficult especially in inner sunset because of the Muni. However, this place is very quiet, has great views, and very safe. Parking is also available, and overall, very convenient place to live! Office manager (Kate) was very accommodating as well. Highly recommended!"
