"I did not get the chance to see Dr. Liang as my appointment was cancelled. My appointment was scheduled for a Monday, and on the Friday before, I received a text to fill out the new patient forms at 930a. I printed them, filled them out, sent them in and received an email almost immediately that since I sent them at 230p, my appointment was cancelled and to call if I needed to reschedule. I called them within seconds of receiving that email. I was told that I could reschedule for August! TWO MONTHS LATER. I had already waited almost two months for this initial appointment. You can't just tell someone to wait even longer when they need help. It's not okay to do that."

"If you know you just need behavior therapy and not medication, then definitely go find somebody else who can really help with your problems instead of wasting your money and time with Dr Liang. I was referred to Dr Liang by my family doctor for getting behavior therapy. I waited for almost 2 months to get an appointment and talked to Dr Liang for 20 mins explaining my problems, only to find out the Dr Liang can't help me. She said she only helps people who needs medication and I'm not one of them. She charged me $227 for telling her my problem and walking out without any treatment. Granted, she did have the front desk sent me some referrals for behavior therapy. In her $227 charge, there was a $167 first visit charge and another $60 for therapy. But she NEVER did any therapy with me. She just listened to my problem and told me I dont need medication yet. I asked the office if they could removed the $60 therapy fee as she didn't do any therapy, but the office said that the way its billed. I understand that i have a high deductible insurance, but what i dont understand is why she charged me a therapy fee when in indeed she didnt provide any treatment or therapy at all."
