"Dr. Lee is a great Doctor that knows what he is doing. I give three stars because the staff is horrible. They are friendly enough but you cannot call the office and speak with a real person. Every call is screened so you call and leave a message then maybe they will call you back. I have issues when I call the office everyday for 4 days leaving messages everyday and no one returns my calls. I have issues when I have an online appointment and no one ever shows up. I'm sorry but after waiting 20 minutes for someone to answer my confirmed appointment, time's up. I need to get back to work. 15 minutes after hanging up, they call me back and say they are ready for my appointment. This is now 35 minutes past my appointment time. The one I confirmed twice. Waiting nearly a month for an appointment when I am in considerable pain is a little excessive. I get an appointment 2 weeks from now to speak with someone about having an appointment with Dr. Lee. Then 2 weeks later I have an appointment with Dr. Lee. That is a little ridiculous. When I lived in Florida, If I had serious pain, my Doctor would make room for me that same day. Anyway, I am finished with Relive You and I will just go back to using my Doctor in Florida. Of course I will need to fly across the country every time I need a procedure done but Practices in Florida get the job done much more efficiently and do it very well."
