"Dr. Wan and the technician Irene were amazing. I went in because I had broken a tooth and needed to get it out ASAP as it abruptly became painful and I couldn't close my mouth all the way. I was able to get an emergency walk in and the front desk staff was very nice and understanding too - unfortunately I didn't get their names. While it couldn't be fixed due to the nature of it being too close to an impacted wisdom tooth and a nasty bit of infection in the nerve - the source of my pain - they were able to get me started on a good course of antibiotics and referral to the kind of dental surgeon I needed. Both Irene and Dr. Wan had excellent bedside manners and their friendly and knowledgeable demeanors helped me feel very calm despite the anxiety I was in. I can't express my appreciation enough."

"Waited more than an hour even though I had an appointment. Appointment time was @9:15 got out till 12:20 more waiting time than actual time you’re getting treatment. Badly organized and/or not enough dentists because it should not be more than an hour wait when you have an appointment. Especially since they take walk ins and I think they go first; maybe better to just go as a walk in. Be prepared to spend at least three hours here."

"Excellent experinece I had been here before, way back, and the place was packed, and the employees where gossiping instead of helping patients. In present day, its completely changed for the better. Not the same people i noticed at front desk. I first called couple days before and Irene advised me to go as in emergency walk in because my upper left tooth was killing me asap, but to call first, she mentioned may be 1 to 3 hr wait. Then i called day of just to remind them of what she had mentioned. No problem i went in and again they mentioned time wait, i didnt mind. Vanessa helped me out and she was awesome and professional. 30 min exactly later i was called, went in and out, which is what i wanted. Dentist, Dr.Wunn i believe, was awesome as well. He did not push me to do anything, just stated the facts. Awesome place, everyone was great and fast. Im going next month for final decision."
