"My experience with Concentra was very poor. I spent close to three hours in the office with myself being 1 of under 5 patients there. I came in with an injured finger that they did x-rays on. They recommended I see an orthopedic which would need to see the x-rays. The were unable to print, write to a CD, or email me the x-rays. So, I had to get a second set of x-rays at Scripps. After seeing an orthopedic at Scripps I discovered Concentra had also misdiagnosed my finger. The Concentra doctor was short and unwelcoming. There was an issue with my bill afterwards I called customer service and they were extremely rude. I highly recommend going to Scripps if you are able to."

"Greetings, After a work injury that I had experienced months ago, my workers comp insurance referred me to Concentra Urgent Care. The staff from all the clerks and receptionist of this specific location were more than welcoming to me. The journey to my recovery was a long and trying tale, but Doctor Youngblood has been a tremendous impact on my recovery. The encouragement, advice, and overall care was more than acceptional and I thank her for it. I would also like to thank Liam and Alejandro for their expertise and guidance for my physical therapy. This too, also played a major role with my recovery. After months of therapy and check-ups, the most difficult thing for me was saying goodbye. "Appointment at 9:00, got in on time. Had to wait some before Dr. came in, there were a few other patients before me. Did not wait long, Dr was great regarding follow up appointment, she was very encouraging. I left feeling well taken care of, and all the other staff was nice."
