"I really can't say enough great things about Activo! My neighbor recommended Michelle when I tore my meniscus and wasn't having a great experience with my former PT. Michelle took a totally different approach and I saw pretty quick improvement. She was pretty sure that I could avoid surgery, and after 4 months I was able to start running again, and now 8 months after injury I can run 6 miles pain-free. Michelle was honest about what my limitations would be, but she was pretty spot on with everything throughout my recovery.
