"I was in today to order a part for my lawn tractor. There were several people in there being helped. As I was waiting a few more customers arrived. It appeared that everyone was there for the parts counter. After about 5 -10 minutes of waiting, one of the employees had finished with another customer, and I was fully expecting to be helped next. Instead, I was ignored. The employee instead helped someone else, who appeared to be an acquaintance or something. Not only was I there before that person, but so were a couple of other customers. It is very disappointing, as I have always bought my John Deere parts from this company and have never had such bad customer service. I'm not sure if they are under new ownership or what, but the name has changed from Sema Equipment to Midwest Machinery Co and customer service appears to have gone downhill as well. Luckily there are plenty of other places to get John Deere parts and my next JD tractor will be purchased elsewhere."

"Be cautious when dealing with this company. They have some deceitful financial related policies in place. When confronted, the used equipment manager will flat out ignore your statement and puppet back a corporate policy. ******follow up to response. They claim "this is certainly not how we operate our business", but then repeat their policy. They are lying to customers in an attempt to make additional profit from their sales. I've purchased equipment from all over the country and have never ran into this before. Please think twice before dealing with this company."

"I had a very small part to get for an old deere lawn mower. Brian and another gentleman spent 1/2 an hour looking up the part and essentially taking my part, fixing, and provided me with 2 small clasps. I was mowing within the hour again. Thanks, Brian!!"
