"I wish I could give negative ratings. I have been waiting for my test results review for 2 weeks now. They have the results, they just do not have time to review it. On top of that they dont have the courtesy to let you know that there is delay or so on. I have to call and remind them about it and done that for 4th times now. No response!! Horrible experience."
"I really wish I could leave this office zero stars. I have out of state insurance so this office and one other office are my only options. When I first tried setting up an appointment at this office, they would not pick up the phone. I called six times and left voicemails every time but no one ever got back to me. Finally 6 hours after I got a call and was able to get an appointment. I should’ve known right there that this office was not going to be good. A week ago I went to go to a different appointment and they told me that I had missed my appointment, when I was clearly told my appointment would be at 3:00 the last visit I was at. They gave me to a different doctor who barely looked at me, laughed at me when I told her my medical goals, and doodled the whole time rather than looking at me. I was embarrassed and very upset. Three days ago I received bloodwork and was told I would get a call when the results were in. I didn’t get a call, so knowing my past history with them I gave them a call today at 2:20. I was told my results were ready and that I would be given a call before 5:00 when they closed. 4:45 comes around and I don’t get a call, so I call up the office and their voicemail says that they are closed. There is literally no way for me to get in contact with them now and I really needed to know those results TODAY. I am extremely frustrated with this office, really hoping the other primary care office listed on my insurance is better than this one, I don’t know what to do if they’re not. EDIT: she FINALLY called me back at 7 PM and said I “may or may not have cervical cancer”. Who tells someone that over the phone?! Extremely unprofessional. I will never go here again"
"Update: After my negative experience, I received a message from Tricia and scheduled an appointment directly with Bob, who I had a wonderful conversation with. I'm grateful that they took the initiative to respond to critical feedback and made lemonade out of lemon-filled situation! Absolutely terrible customer service here. Whoever is in charge of administration really needs to find someone more pleasant and with a more welcoming personality to be at the front desk. I had a hard time with parking and was running slightly late and the lady at the front desk told me I had to reschedule, yet refused to reschedule me while I was there. And it's not like she had anyone else waiting; she was just there chillin by herself. I have no idea how the doctors are here because I never actually got to see one, but that's fine because I (nor anyone I talk to) will be back here."
"I've been a patient of this office for more than a decade and I love the entire staff. My favorite is Jane O'Laughlin and I always ask for her when making my appointments. I also have to mention Dr. Elena Dembo who literally saved my mother's life when she successfully diagnosed my mom's bird allergy. Mom was declining rapidly, she had seen many "specialists" who all said she had emphysema even though she'd never smoked a day in her life, and she was on oxygen 24/7. She finally saw Dr. Dembo who rather quickly determined it was a bird allergy. My mom had to get rid of her two birds, which was not easy, but after one week her symptoms were mostly gone. I can't stress enough how good this medical staff is. That's why my mom, grandmother, sister and myself have all been patients for at least 10 years."
