"Dr Trevor Robertson SCAMMED me. I walked in without an appointment to set up a consult. Dr. Robertson told me he could see me right then, so I went in and he started talking right away. I could not get one word or question in. He did not properly ask questions, he just started examining my back and preparing to adjust me. I told him my priority was making sure this would be covered by my insurance, and he assured me it was (even though he never asked what my insurance coverage was). The entire session lasted only 15 minutes. When I walked out, I was charged $155. Not ONCE did he tell me the consult would cost me. Come to find out, my insurance did NOT cover his practice. I went back in a few days later to address this concern and he told me to figure it out with my doctor. To be clear, payment was NOT discussed prior to treatment or consultation. Only when I walked out, was I charged $155. I would not have continued to be seen if I had been aware of the charges. Regardless of insurance coverage or not."

"Dr. Trevor Robertson really cares about improving his patients' health as fast as possible, contrarily to other chiropractors who just want you to buy a long term plan from them. Dr. Robertson is very honest and he will tell you on the first visit how long he thinks it will take to resolve your issue. I saw Dr. Robertson the first time about 2 years ago for a back issue. During the first visit, he explained to me that I would need to see him only 3 to 4 times. Already after the first visit, my back was feeling a lot better. After the 4 visit, my back was pain-free. Recently, due to my job, I experienced again a similar back and neck pain. At first I was hesitant to go see Dr. Robertson because I live much further now. However, after months of seeing multiple doctors, taking medications, doing physical therapy, and seeing other chiropractors, I decided to go see Dr. Trevor Robertson again. Even though it is a long drive, it is worth it. After only 3 visits, my back and neck pain is completely gone. Thank you Dr. Robertson."
