"Dr. Hodsmon we had for 35 years best doctor ever but he retired. Now we can't get our prescriptions filled and NO ONE CALLS BACK. You can't get an appt. for 6 2weeks."
"Dr Krak is amazing with our newborn son. Very direct with information and has been easy to get ahold of. Made us feel comfortable answers all our crazy questions and was considerate about the care for our son. Also front desk ladies are always sweet to us"
"My kids have been seeing Michael Krak, MD since they were born. I don't have any complaints. There have been times I've even seen him get on the staff because he had asked for something and was still waiting for it but I'm happy to have Dr Krak as the kids primary physician. He has been good to my babies."
"Bad customer service. Don't expect a friendly environment. The staff seems overworked and complain about how much work their is. Don't greet you, don't bother to make you feel welcome, and don't help you unless you ask for help. The environment in the pediatrics office has a negative vibe."
"This place looks good even when you first walk through the door but it sucks. Dr. Clarkson walks into the office looking like she just took acid and tries to sell you on every vaccine in the book. If you say you’re not interested, she pouts and tries to guilt trip you into doing it anyway. When she noticed I was a veteran, this clown’s response was, “Oh so you’ve probably got PTSD and stuff” to which of course my response was, “Is that relevant to this appointment... because I don’t think that’a any of your f**king business.” WHAT PERSON WITH AN MD WOULD EVEN PHRASE THAT QUESTION LIKE THAT? The ultrasound tech there who gave us our first ultrasound at only 12 weeks guided us toward the impression we were having a boy which of course we discovered wasn’t the case after we went to Mommy and Me 3D/4D in downtown San Diego. She actually scheduled our anatomy ultrasound/gender reveal for the beginning of the 17th week (which is apparently ridiculous but how would we have known that? She’s the doctor) and then completely forgot that she did it and when we inquired on the day of the appointment, she acted like it never happened. There’s apparently far more heavy makeup and showmanship in that office than there is professionalism. The wonder and awe of becoming a parent shouldn’t be ruined by a doctor whos just trying to inject you with whatever gets her a bonus and doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Good luck on your adventure and I hope you find the right clinic and staff to help you along on it. Just remember that idiots can wear lab coats too."
