"Staff is always so nice and easy to deal with through Tricare! Wait is sometimes a little longer but they allow you to stay in your car and will call you when it’s your turn. They also take all family at the same time. Very convenient."

"Wow! What an incredible staff!!! Venessa along with her other team member all assisted us in a very difficult insurance situation! Venessa handled the insurance company and got what they needed so that my son could be seen. Within minutes my son had seen their doctor and was in getting x-rays and a splint. X-ray tech also did a good job on the splint. Turned out he had a fracture. This was later reconfirmed from children’s hospital where he went to be casted. From start to finish we were well taken care of with minimal waiting time. Thank you Venessa and team!!!"
