"i am happy with this location. i do all my food shopping here. i load my busspass. i am going to start getting my soap and shampoo here. and there is a hot deli where i get chicken. and all type of side selections..."

"My 9 and 12 yr old children were looking at some toys while I was a few feet away trying to resolve an issue with an online order at the customer service desk. I saw the bum security guard standing at end of the last cash register. All of a sudden he stood behind me and I was surprised because I wasn't arguing with customer service or anything. I heard him call someone and say he needed 2 kids checked because they looked suspicious. He didn't finish what he was requesting when I asked him what was suspicious about my children? He proceeded to say my children kept looking back at him as if they were about to steal and that looked suspicious. I became extremely angry when I reassured him they weren't looking at him but at me and he laughed saying he was looking at them through the cash registers and they were. Then he called backup as if he was right and I was wrong. Then the manager said that Hot Wheels get stolen all the time and he was doing his job so I took that as they were accusing my children of trying to steal! I have seen people stealing from this store and there's no security doing "their job". Never will I go into this store. Security guard looks like a straight bum himself btw!!"

"Worst pick 'n save from all others pick 'n save,I wish I can give minus zero star to this one,if they have it.i worked for pick n save too in 2004-05,on national on 67th street,way better than this one.they have worst customer service in this one.my brother went for shopping in this one by mistake,I repeat myself by mistake.he shopped little-little things, spent 2 hours for shopping, that we all do.Paid on self check out register,for 2 full carts. At the end he asked for ice that how many bags he could buy it?this lady who called herself Manager over there,did not knew how to deal with customers, no empathy,minus zero knowledge of anything, no humanity, how people come,where they come from,how far they come from?in which situation?did not thought about any of these things. Ist she said you can buy 5 bags,then she said no you can buy only 3 bags.my brother said that other guy said you can buy as many you need it,he said there is no where, write down even on the ice box that how many bags we can buy it?no restrictions anywhere & we have right to know how many bags we can buy it.he just said it,besides showing good customer service, dealing with situation very intellectually,this egoistic Manager hold & pulled the already paid carts and said that now I will not let you buy the ice & even not let you take these carts out either,that stuff was already paid.so my brother pulled the carts on his side & said that he paid already for all these groceries & he would take it.that women did not calm down on this, she started all this drama,created a big scene that she own the pick'n save &she called the cops on my brother. Cops came in & gave my brother a citation & asked him not to come in this pick 'n save anymore.that we did,never go back anymore & did not want to escalate the matter,so paid the ticket too,with knowing this fact that,that was not his fault.but don't they think before call 911?that how this effect on customer,that he hold some licenses too somewhere,that can be effect too,the person is standing in front of them,can be educated too, can be nurse,Doctor, engineer, businessman any degree holders?that can effect someone's daily life too?don't they use their brain?That situation she could handle very nicely & calmly as a Manager, could call someone other than with her,any other Manager or store administrator &could handle this very good way,but no.these days pick 'n save runs this way.i can say walmart is better these days.this way pick 'n save will loose the customers. Roundy's has good reputation in Milwaukee, but they will ruin it,because of these middle jerks.i wish them all the best so they can have good workers & they can get back more customers because this way look like big no-noooo.Thanks,but no thanks."

"Picked up a cake that they made, and when asked if the lady can write on it "happy birthday" she tells me she can't because her designer is on vacation but who made all of these? (See video) And if she was the manager for the bakery I'm sure she could've done it. Of course this happened 15 minutes later after no one was there to attend me and someone else paged her. So frustrating"
