"Worst on-line retailer that I have ever dealt with. I ordered a name brand pair of specialty pliers that they promoted on January 7th. It arrived in my mail box 66 days later. After waiting 30 days without receiving my order, I sent them a text inquiring about the status of the order and didn't receive any response whatsoever. If the tool was on backorder or any other legitimate reason for the extended delay, a communication stating the issue certainly would have been appropriate. Never again !"

"The tool I ordered was backordered and Tool Discounters informed me and offered a refund. Since I was not in a hurry, I opted to waitand as soon as the tool became available, they shipped it. Good communication and will use again."

"They accepted payment for an item they didn't have in stock, not mentioning that its on backorder with on ETA, leaving me unaware of the indefinite delay in receiving the tool. Upon calling, I discovered they used customers' funds to order items and resell them. There was no transparency about the situation, indicating a lack of integrity. It's disheartening to see an increase in such deceitful practices by companies. Had I not reached out, they might have simply held onto the money without fulfilling the order. I strongly recommend choosing a more reputable company that values transparency and customer trust."

"They took my money for an item they evidently didn’t actually have in stock. No communication that it would be an indefinite amount of time before I received the tool I paid for. Finally called to see what was going on and found out what they had done. Take your money to a reputable company. Far too many of these scam companies now that take your money for a product and then try to purchase that to send to you. I suppose if I had never called they would have just kept the money."
