"Good CVS in an awesome location for the residents of the neighborhood and not at all crowded at all. Everything is in stock and there are ample staff working to help you out if you need assistance with a large parking lot in the side of the building and rear. Good for quick stops if you need something, but for overall shipping I would recommend VONS in Mission Hills off Dove St."

"I am a regular customer at this CVS (1850 Fifth Ave) and have had my prescriptions filled here for approx 5 years. The staff members have always provided good customer service including the pharmacy, and I have no complaints about anything. And they always have a variety if good snacks!"

"Horrible experience at this location. Viviana in the pharmacy is rude and condescending not only to customers but to her own coworkers. She refused to sell me an over the counter cream because she insisted it needed a prescription. She would not let me talk and just kept refusing to assist me. I eventually went back to my doctors office who was in disbelief that I was being asked for a prescription but wrote one for me anyway. When I returned to CVS, guess what? The same employee Viviana, let me know i didn’t need the prescription after all. So I wasted my time going back and forth , became frustrated and in the end for nothing. WOW! What should have taken me 15 mins took me 2 hours . CVS should really look into this employee. Im sure it’s not the first time she treats customers this way. Very disappointing."
