"Ordered and reserved a jump house for my daughters birthday . Said he would be at our house between 8 and 9am and never came. Wouldn't answer there phone. So luckily Nor Cal party rentals stepped up to save the party i highly recommend nor cal party rentals over this very unprofessional company."

"What a great experience we had with Hector and this company. Friendly, reliable, and timely. They came and set up two hours before our party started and picked up the next morning. All the kids had a blast. The bouncy house was clean and did not disappoint. The birthday boy was very happy. We will definitely be using them again for our next party!!!"

"Had a very bad experience with this guy as well. I booked for my daughters birthday party a waterslide in 2MONTHS Advance.and the morning of the party I called him around 2:00pm. All he told he wasn’t going to be able to bring the water slide.I had all the kids here for the party waiting for the water slide.my daughter cried wean I told her that no water slide all kids were sad the party got ruined. I felt very bad for the kids"

"We had a very bad experience with this business, very unprofessional. We had booked a jumper with a water slide for my daughters birthday 3 weeks in advance. The day before the party I messaged him & asked when they would be bringing the jumper the next day, he said around 9:30 or 10:00. He then called me & said he didn’t know what happened & that he didn’t have it booked for me & someone else had already had the jumper. My daughters 5th birthday was ruined.. so then I asked if he could at least bring the jumper next weekend so my daughter could play on it by herself since she was so excited for it & I had asked for it half off since they messed up. He said yes & he would bring the jumper next weekend. He brought the jumper at 12:00 & when they set it up it didn’t have the hose that drips water down the water slides & told us that he didn’t have it & to just wet the slide with the hose. We had to constantly be spraying the slides. Not just that but when they set it up it was DIRTY! There was silly string all over it, we had to clean it ourselves! I will not be recommending this business to any of my friends or family."

"I had a bounce house water slide reserved for over a month. Day of party, he called and said he would be delivering the bounce house by 10:30. It was almost 11 so I called and he told me he dropped it off. Umm no he didn’t. Come to find out, someone called him yesterday and asked for it and he rented my bounce house to someone else and had already delivered it. Had to cancel my sons birthday party! I will never use or recommend this place! Be cautious"
