"This CVS location is my favorite pharmacy in the area! Tiffany and all of the other staff have been so knowledgeable, willing to answer questions and just generally helpful in managing my prescriptions. They go above and beyond here!"

"This place is a nightmare. I guess most people on base just have switched to this location since Walmart no longer takes tricare so they have too much to handle but that’s NO excuse to be rude. It’s not the customers fault in anyway. I was supposed to have a prescription ready by Friday, it’s Tuesday. So I called because I’m not out of medication and they’re insistent that they never got my prescription which is fine, but they said they’d call back. It’s been 5 hours and no call so I call again and she literally goes “ugh, I haven’t even called the Walmart” . They were sooooo rude when I initially transferred over my medications and called me complaining that I hadn’t picked up my medicine yet(I was never informed it was ready) then when I got there it was no where near ready??? Not to mention they are so expensive. Used to pay $1 for my medication now it’s $14."

"I wanted to take the time to write this review because of my great experience at this CVS location. I was previously a client at the CVS just down the street, and I left there because of poor customer service. I almost left CVS completely, yet I’m glad I didn’t because I absolutely love the Oceanside target location. In particular, Tiffany is in exceptional pharmacist; her staff reflects the way Tiffany runs her team. Let’s face it CVS is a big corporation, yet Tiffany’s team makes you feel like you’re in a neighborhood pharmacy. CVS should put together a training program based on the way Tiffany runs her location!"

"I needed a passport photo back in November 2016 and went to CVS as they had a 'Passport Photos here' sign. They said their camera was broken. I had to go elsewhere. It happens, I understand. Yesterday I went to go and have my two children's passport photo taken and figured surely they would have fixed it by now. Went to the same store and again was told that their camera was still broken. Had to go elsewhere again. Fix your camera please."
