"Do not come here for your COVID testing until they get the process figured out. Not only were they 30 minutes late for the appointment (I waited 40 min, because I showed up on time) but then when it's finally my turn they tell me that my insurance needs to be uploaded, however the email says to bring it in. There is absolutely no way to remedy this even if you have the capability to upload your insurance and uploading it to Mychart-minute clinic does not work even though that's how you schedule the appointment. There are other testing options, go there first or call ahead to see if they've got everything figured out. But if you call ahead be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes. I stayed on the line for 15 minutes before giving up. This review is for the pharmacy in particular, the cashiers in the store are awesome."
