"Possibly committing fraud, they are charging elderly people that have Medicare and medical that are covered and do not have a deductable; they are charging people that have insurance that covers all medicine. And they have no shame about it, no respect, and will yell at you and argue with you. Rude, disgusting, and disrespectful, deceitful, to the core. Reporting them the California Department of Consumer Affairs."
"Great pharmacy idk what these ppl are complaining about"
"Shout out to Joseph who is very rude. You should find a job that will makes you happy. Very bad vibes, doesn’t wanna help you at all. Other crew are awesome and very helpful."
"The drive-thru takes forever for something that should be fairly fast. They need to get faster people or open both lanes back open. This is ridiculous 30 minute wait for a 2 second pickup."
"One of the slowest drive thru's on the planet. Complete and utter disorganization. Why is it that the more they automate the pharmacy, the worse the service gets? Part 2. After waiting in the drive they for 35 minutes, the lady can't find the prescriptions because "somebody" had put them in the wrong bin. Guess who the somebody was. I drive back home after my 45 minute ordeal, only to open the bag and they had forgotten the 2nd prescription that we just talked about over the intercom. Unbelievable. How do people like this keep a job?"
