"Always a good experience at Smart and Final. Good value for products. Tonight ,a man walked in as I was at the check out stand. The cashier told him he had to leave and he couldn't be there. The man said something rude to the cashier. Without raising his voice,the cashier told him to leave again. The man didn't want to leave. Another employee came forward and blocked the man,also stating he had to leave. Both employees did not raise their voices,make any threats or advance toward the man unless he took a step toward the door. After awhile,the man left the store making rude comments to the employees. They stood by the door until the man left the parking lot. I felt safe the entire time this was happening. I thanked both employees for their behavior towards the man. Our retailers need to take a stand against possible threats in the stores. I felt the man had a history in the store and these employees were acting on that history. Thank you again for taking a stand! Thank you for making customers feel safe!"
