"Horrible communication and the appointment center gave me the run around. Just wasted my time trying to schedule a CT scan. Apparently, the doctor's referral for a CT scan is invalid. So I have to call someone else to send a message to my doctor so that he can resend the referral to get a CT scan. Then I can finally see a specialist. When getting transferred between calls there was no information shared with the other team member. I had to keep explaining to their employees, THEIR process. It's like they are trying to keep me from getting what I need to be healthy."
