"Came here for a covid shot for my mom. Staff is rude. The technician (the black girl) talked to us without looking at our face. She threw me a paper and asked me to fill out even though it's the exact paper that I had filled out before the appointment (per instructions from the website). I tried to give it to her but she ignored it. After the shot, they let us go right away without asking us to stay for a few minutes."
