"Because you can not give a ZERO !it has been 3 months for them to get the PROPER EQUIPMENT delivered to our house. My wife is help prisoner at the GORDON LANE nursing home . and Caremax is getting some kind of sick joy , not having their staff order the supplies. The Owner will not talk with me ! The staff REFUSE to talk With me any longer! They can not get a Bed or a Ligt or Beside Commode in THREE MONTHS! I can get freight from CHINA in 21-24 days! They must use a SLOWER BOAT THAN ME!"

"Sad, when you are depending on a oxygen concentrator, which has been used for 5 weeks in our home. Twice the machine didn't work, red service lights and continuous alarm ringing. Lee in service department said there is nothing wrong, n we have 4 hours of oxygen in travel tank. BASICALLY he will charge us to come out, never said how much. I thought service light mean service machine, like a car warning light, it going to happen. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I plan to let medicare know. SERVICE charges to 5 weeks used seem like a scam company planning on raking in the money on service charges."

"My experience with Caremax has been horrible!!! I called them to let them know my mother had slid out of the chair because of the cushions...they sent someone out and he said I hadn't locked it proper...when I used the cushions again...out she slides!!! This time it burst the pressure ulcer on her heel. The hoyer lift fell over twice landing on her head the first time...the second time I tried to catch it...tripped over it and fell and it landed on my mother's neck. I called them and let them know and they never called back...today I called and asked to speak to the owners about what had happened...they repeatedly told me the owners weren't in and they'd pass along the message...the owners would call if they had a minute. I never spoke with the owners...I think its ABSOLUTELY HORRID they wouldn't care enough to call me back!!! Also...when the guy was showing me how to use the hoyer lift...he had a cold and I had to wipe down everything he touched while he was here."
