"They don't answer the phones, they can't answer questions. They lie about when the medications are available. They won't send text alerts even if you've signed up for them. I tried to transfer my meds from Rite Aid and now they have no record of that. But Now Rite-Aid thinks my prescriptions are transferred so they won't give me my meds. So basically CVS is threatening my life."
