"Went there twice after an emergency room visit. They had to be walked through the transaction each time. First time they couldn’t find the prescription. Second time they handed me my medication without making sure it was all there (and it wasn’t). As unprofessional as pharmacies get, Kaiser needs to use someone else."

"Update 4/9/23 I suggest to using the pharmacy on the cross street which answer phone faster and they prepare it quicker ,i already wasted so much time by phone and inperson will be switching pharmacy should have done it long time ago .imagine trying to get refill so u can pick it up when its due but instead they make u call back on the day on thats its due ?so expect you will be missing some doses of medication im tired dealing with this pharmacy..(this pharmacy stopped answering phone call for the past days like 4 days whats going on i called morning and night 8/21/21 update) i need update for refill ur automated service is not reliable please answer the phone!!!..... Long term patients with long term prescriptions will have trouble refilling medications here specially when it need Dr. Authorization.. They always say different things when you call and follow up. Its a pain to repeatedly call for same thing over and over. Sometimes they will say it will be ready, the next day oh it need Dr. Authorization or we are out to stock, or its not covered.gz"

"the most unprofessional pharmacy ever. I had my doctor call here for my meds and they were extremely rude to her, to where she had to call me and say she had to hang up because of how rude the employee was. horrible , If I can give a 0 I would"

"Horrible staff horrible customer service worst experience ever getting prescriptions. They treat u like a criminal. I had a prescription called in after a surgery and because of the medication I was prescribed they had a issue giving it to me. I was sent home empty handed only to get a call from my dr saying go back. After sending me home empty handed they called back 10 minutes later to pick up my meds. I’m sure if I wasn’t young and African American this wouldn’t have happened not everyone is a criminal not everyone is up to no good. I think somewhere along the way they forgot that."
