"The food court employee MJay gave me a horrible experience. He embarrassed me in front of my family and spoke to me like I was a child. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. He was upset at me for moving to a different line when that’s what I was told to do from a different employee. I have never been treated or talked to like the way I was treated today at Costco in Moreno Valley.Mr. MJay do better."

"The food court is terrible here. You order your food ahead at the kiosk and stand in line to get your food, and they make you wait if some items aren't don't yet and that's ok, what's not ok is by the time they get back to you the food you were waiting on has already been given out to other customers that got in line way after you, and have to wait again. It's very frustrating. They need a better system. Or focused employees in the food court. The manager in this department needs to step up and try to figure out a better system."

"Always packed , the pizza area is always soo unorganized. I recently got my membership and instantly regretted it . They need to hire new management for the food court.Nothing seems organized . Costco should also provide self scan and go & have their workers scan items at the exit like Sam’s club does. It speeds up the process & actually has the workers at the exit truly doing their job . Costco needs a lot of improvement"

"I am reporting this today 01/23/2024 around 7pm I am a member In I ask the manager in she is white lady in I am Hispanic lady in I ask her if she can let me pay my egss in milk because I dont know when My card is got expire even I am still a member she told me she can not help me then I went with another employee her name is Brenda she is very rude in not able to help me she told me is like one month got expire my membership I told her in she can give me a pass into I renew soon because I did not bring alot money to pay the full of my membership in with a bad ugly face look at me no you can not I feel race here in plus is not even the year is expire my membership I am reporting this to the supervisor today very ugly in the manager is a white lady all race with me because I am hispanic I ask her please let me pay my milk in my eggs in with her bad attitude she say no!!!!"

"They have unethically and immorally and illegally erected barriers in the parking lot that were not on the original design review for the property. There are too many cars and these barriers take away dozens of parking spots. This has created a public safety hazzard and puts shoppers lives in danger in the event of an emergency. People illegally park in fire lane and employees can see them but do not call police. No way for emergency vehicles to get in or shoppers to get out."
