"Note: I only had one prescription here but after my experience will transfer it to CVS which is always a professional experience with careful, caring pharmacists. CVS is also on top of notifications through texts, calls, follow-up and reminders so it’s just better overall. Had great service from someone named Ryan but when we came in it was another man. He rushed us which is never a good idea when you’re dealing with prescriptions because a mistake could be dangerous or even fatal for the patient. Yes it was near closing time but he rudely stated something like “take it or leave it” while walking out the door. And, of course, there was an error in the prescription (luckily it wasn’t too big a deal and the mistake was caught soon enough) that we tried to tell him if he would have just listened. Patients usually know their prescriptions and if we say it’s wrong the pharmacist better double check so our health isn’t at risk. It makes me cringe how many other errors they make because of their poor customer service and rushing patients. Hopefully the supervisor reprimands and deals with that rude, unprofessional employee before he causes a big error."

"The pharmacists at this pharmacy do not care about the patients who are needing the medications here. My wife takes a medication that we had to change the dosage on, the Dr's office calls in the new dosage but it has to be approved by the insurance. The pharmacy sits on this information and does not notify us or put in the request for the insurance approval until I called them to see what the status of the Rx was. So that adds on 5-7 days. Fast forward to us now having the insurance approved and ready to pick up the prescription and they are on back order...This was never even mentioned when I was on the phone with them for 15-20 minutes on the first 15-20 minutes. If I had known this I would have worked to find another pharmacy. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS PHARMACY."

"I requested a refill for 2 medications, doctor approved and sent the Rx to this pharmacy. 5 days later I get a text that the Rx is ready to be picked up. When I arrive they inform me that they have only filled one of the medications and that now they will now order the other. This is a very common Rx used by millions of people and they want me to come in 2 different times to pick up the different dosages... They couldn't even give a coherent reason for this. Avoid this pharmacy."
