"Absolutely trash staff. They called and left a voice mail saying 3 prescriptions were ready for pick up. I went in the same day, and they couldn't find anything in the system. The annoying part is that this isn't the first time this has happened either. They will text, stating a prescription is ready to pick up, and when I go in, nothing. I tried to brush it off thinking it was an accident, but after the voice-mail incident, I'm done. It's honestly very frustrating. I'm definitely changing pharmacy. Definitely learned my lesson trying to give them a chance. Never again."

"All of the staff is incredibly nice. Been coming to the pharmacy for years since store opened and have always gotten wonderful treatment and service , except a few months ago, when a new employee, that didn't understand English very well, got a few things wrong. I guess she had to learn. However, Rebecca is a stellar worker. She is always so friendly and pleasant. Please thank her a bunch for us."

"Seriously just left there 30 minutes ago after being told my prescription was waiting prior authorization and continued to refer to an old request! I told her I just got the prescription about 2 hours ago and it was electrically sent in. Didn’t listen. Barely speaks English and just said “Come back another day.” or something close like it. I just called to explain and BAMM my prescription is there and READY. She simply can not speak English well and I don’t want that to be the highlight of my complaint but it’s very frustrating when someone doing a service doesn’t understand you enough to do the service. That being said I now have to drive all the way back for the same thing that I requested 30 minutes ago"
