"I am a new client to Mix Lab! I decided to give Mix Lab a try after having so many issues with the my usual online pharmacy. I submitted my order yesterday, and already received my medication less than 24hrs later! The ordering process was so easy. My vet sent a link to my phone that took me to Mix Labs website. From there I was able to pick the form of medication, pill vs suspension and the flavor. Their website is super user friendly and their cost is very affordable. When I did receive the package it came with the cutest toy that my kitty Charley is so obsessed with. My cat had heart disease so getting his medication prompt without any hiccups is very important and Mix Lab did that and offers auto-ship. I work as a Vet nurse and will now alway recommend them to my clients. If you are thinking about switching online pharmacies I highly recommend it!"

"I started using Mixlab when we switched to a different pet clinic, Tustin Legacy Animal Hospital over a year ago. Our oldest cat who will be 16 years old in a few months is on a regular Rx for GI issues. Mixlab has provided nothing but excellent service to us from day one. They are very responsive and provide you with reminders when meds need to be reordered but they don't stalk you and their SMS messages are always friendly and personalized not clinical and off-putting like my experience with CVS (don't even get me started about how absurd and annoying CVS is!). When my kitty's meds arrive, they are packaged well and always come with sweet messages and a cat toy. My other cat and dog have yet to need Rx meds but I know we will be in great hands when they do. "The absolute BEST !!! We ordered liquid heart meds for our 16.5 year old dog Luna. Kristina the pharmacist was so helpful in translating the dosage from pill form to suspension, and let us know about the options to add flavor! Best part of it all is when the package came (super quickly!) Luna got the cutest squeaky avocado stuffed toy which made everyone's day! Hannah from customer service was also super helpful in correcting the prescription amount, which our vet called in incorrectly. The whole process was super simple and I love the text messages you get from customer service with a link to enter your billing info, and you can text directly with customer service from that exact phone number!! "I had a great experience using Mixlab! I had trouble finding a local pharmacy that does liquid trazadone as it's a compounded medication vs the standard tablet for my cat. They had reasonable prices especially since it was free local delivery. I put in the request and heard back within a couple days with the authorization from my vet. It was available to be delivered the next day but I was out of town so I just waited a couple days to have it scheduled and it even came ahead of the predicted time. They even included a little catnip toy and my baby girl is OBSESSED! She pulled it right out of the box"
