"After trying to get my prescription filled at several different pharmacies, they were unable to get pre-authorization. My Dr. gave me the name of Alto Pharmacy. Alto Pharmacy not only got the authorization, but they hand delivered the prescription to me. They're at least 22 miles from me. I can't get my local CVS around the corner to deliver to me. I highly recommend Alto Pharmacy. They can get medications other pharmacies can't supply. They take care of their customers better than family."

"This pharmacy sounds so good, and for the first delivery it was soooo good. But over the past year I have used them they really struggle with keeping medications in stock, and not notifying me of any shortages until the day they are supposed to deliver my medication. In addition, they won’t transfer my rx, so if it is out of stock I have to go through the hassle of having my doctor send a new rx to a new pharmacy. I also have to say that the customer service is not great. Any time I have tried to call them I have been on hold for at least 45 min. Their email response time is typically 72 hours. I went back to my old pharmacy, it may be less convenient than Alto, but at least it is consistent and the communication is much more timely."
