"This pharmacy is constantly understaffed. The pharmacy hours state they open at 8AM. We got there at 8AM to see the pharmacy still closed. We waited and the pharmacist walked in at 8:20. We then had to wait for them to boot up. 8:30AM and they still are not ready. People have work. People have responsibilities. It’s extremely frustrating that now we have to wait until end of day to get our prescription because the pharmacy felt they did not be ready at 8AM as they state they should be per their website and phone recording."

"TL;DR: Their prescriptions handling is horrendous, avoid at all cost. I had a few prescriptions assigned to the Sav-On on Jeffrey Rd. They kept me waiting for 28 hours for medicine that I needed urgently with no updates whatsoever. When I called, they've put me on hold for 5 min and then they dropped me to voicemail. When I finally reached a person(Dorothy) and I explained what happened she just said "ok", no apology at all. After waiting 24 hours, she told me the status of one of the prescriptions is they are "working on it". When I asked how are they still working on it after 24 hour, she admitted they don't actually have it and they are waiting for a shipment. They keep prescription processing on hold for shipments! After waiting 4 more hours for the mystery shipment to arrive, it turns out they didn't know what is coming in the new shipment and they still don't have it. When I kindly explained that I'm very sick and I needed that medicine 28 hours ago, and asked for the pharmacy to find a generic or alternate version of the medicine they refused, and instead they called the doctor, and the idiotic doctor refused to provide an alternate. To clarify, we are not talking here about a cancer curing medicine, I'm talking about a freaking weak nasal decongestant(not the one that creates addiction). There are hundreds of alternate ones. I think there is one that literally has only water and fkin salt! By the time this Pharmacy successful issues the medicine the patients need, the patients either 1. die 2. they get better without the medicine. When you call, the robot likes to advertise their lunch policy: 30 minutes - between 12p and 1p. Is my math failing me, how is that 30 minutes? They surely enjoy they long lunch breaks, but when it's about working on prescriptions they think it's ok to keep the patient waiting for days!"
