"Dr John the pharmacist he reminds me the kind caring human still exists. I had an expensive medicine prescribed by my doctor. Dr John found out there was major drug interaction with my other medication. He right away called my doctor and my doctor switched it over to inexpensive, safe medication that save my life as well as my pocket. I am extremely happy with the service I received in this pharmacy."

"Worst pharmacy in the Los Angeles area in my opinion. He is a price gouger and will not accept insurance for some medications. The day before I called and asked for a medication. I was told they have it. I called to confirm the following day. The Pharmacist (owner?) asked if I had used their pharmacy in the past. I said yes and had gotten a prescription filled in the past. I now remember how this man charged me “full out of pocket” price back then. He acknowledged that he had the medication for today but it was very limited. He said I would need to pay “full out of pocket” price. No insurance for medication. My insurance covers every medication including this one! Do not used this pharmacy even though it is in a medical building and convienient!"

"This is the best pharmacy I have ever had the privilege to be a customer to. Emily is incredible, her customer service and attention to details is far above what I ever thought I'd find. And it's not just her, the whole staff is welcoming. Every time I have called there a friendly and kind voice greets me. Thank you guys so much. I'll miss you now that I have moved out of state."

"The pharmacy delayed the selling of the medication till the very last moment, and did not tell us about refusing insurance at the moment of initial order. The medication was rare but covered by insurance. The difference from the regular one is that it is in a liquid form. The pharmacy was supposed just to smash the tablets and add regular liquid in the right proportion. The pharmacy did not accept my valid insurance last moment, when medicine was really needed, and asked to pay the full price, more than $200. As a result we bought the solid form medication at a regular pharmacy for $3 and smashed it ourselves. The owner of the pharmacy explicitly told that the reason for refusal was that he does not agree with insurance coverage price. The difference between insurance coverage and his price was just about $10. Having that the drug is regulated, I would prefer to know in advance that the pharmacy do not accept insurance, which was not told till the last moment."

"This pharmacy is not only fast at filling prescriptions but the workers here are so welcoming and kind. I had a prescription sent down to this pharmacy from my physician but I had never been there before. I called and asked if I can pick up the prescription but since it was my first time, I had to provide my insurance information so they can process the drug. They told me that I can give the insurance codes over the phone so that I can just come to the pharmacy in 20 minutes and it’ll be ready. I did just that and I was in and out of the pharmacy in less than 5 minutes so I don’t have to pay for parking (15 minutes grace period). They really accommodate for you so you don’t have to go through any hassle. Will be getting all my prescriptions here now! And they deliver!!"
