"Dr. Saenz was my doctor about 8 years ago and he actually delivered my 2nd baby. Unfortunately, he left the clinic where I used to see him and I ended up seeing his replacement. After suffering for three months due to a delayed diagnosis by my other doctor, I decided to look up Dr. Saenz to be under his care again. It took him only three weeks to resolve my medical condition. Now, I'm finally getting my life back after my surgery. There are not enough words to thank Dr. Saenz and his team, especially Nurse Jayme. They truly care about your health and would do everything they can to advocate for their patients. I'm more than satisfied and thrilled with the care I received that I'm already in the process of changing all my doctors to Altais Medical Group Riverside. I also like their location: parking is never an issue, lab & pharmacy are onsite, and the clinic is very clean. Their online system, MyChart, is another plus. You can send questions, see your visit summary, schedule an appointment, view lab results, etc. I can go on and on but I've reached the maximum characters on this review. Altais Medical Group Riverside is the best!"

"The doctors here are biased. Went to 2 doctors, Christensen and Hopkins. Hopkins literally pulled out her phone and started googling my husband's symptoms!!! Haha I can check Webmd too. They are rude and condescending. They should go to biased trainings or be sued for being biased. They just kept trying to prove their narrative instead of listening to my husband's symptoms. Must be the kind of doctors this clinic hired cause we tried 2 different doctors."

"I have been seeing Dr. Hopkins for over a year now and she is the best physician I have ever had. She listens and responds promptly to my needs. Communication is excellent as I have never waited more than a day for a reply. I highly recommend Dr. Hopkins as an excellent diagnostician. The entire team at Altais is excellent!"

"I recently had a baby and when I first found out I was pregnant I did a lot of research because I wanted a good doctor that was not only knowledgeable, but that cared about his patients. When I found Dr. Saenz I can truly say I found what I was looking for and so much more! From day one, Dr. Saenz was attentive and I could immediately tell he had a lot of experience/knowledge under his belt. I had a high risk pregnancy which was really stressful for me. Dr. Saenz eased my worries by being very proactive with my care. I had exceptional and frequent care at Altais Medical Group throughout my pregnancy. Dr. Saenz has a way of developing a great relationship/bond with his patients. His upbeat, friendly and charismatic personality makes appointments very pleasant. When it was time to deliver my baby there were complications. Dr. Saenz knew just what to do! I could tell that he CARED to find the best solution. I could see the compassion and commitment to have my baby delivered safely all while making sure I was safe too. I cannot express how much it meant to me to be in the hands of such a great Doctor during the most difficult time in my life. Thanks to him I have a beautiful and healthy baby boy! "Formerly with Riverside Medical Center, I got assigned to Dr. Christensen by my group health. I've seen him a few times and he has been courteous and doesn't seem to rush you out the door. I do like the app My Chart that organizes all my medical providers and I can view test results, messages, after visit summaries, refills, medications and can communicate with my providers through it."
